Ajax Utah FC Scholarships 2025-26

We will not share any information with anyone outside of the board who will review the application and decide on what can be approved.

Remember you must pay at least the Initial payment to cover the UYSA state fees and basic club admin fees.
This amount will range depending on the age group your player team is registered.
U9 and U10 players must pay $400.
U11 to U19 players must pay $800.
Payment Plans are available.
By submitting this application I am agreeing to making the payments and completing the trade in services, if I fail to make payment or complete trade services I am subject to be in default and will be expected to pay the entire fee of the club fees.
